摘要
近年来宁波饭店业井喷式发展,而星级饭店大学生员工高流失率现象日益凸显。笔者从大学生员工满意度研究着手,分析得出离职倾向受到企业薪酬福利、事业发展空间、管理者风格及方式和工作年限等工作因素影响,进而提出基于校企合作的对策和措施。
Based on the phenomenon of personnel loss of Star hotels in Ningbo, this article analyses the impact of welfare, development space, manager style and length of work on the behavior of job-quitting, and further discusses the strategy based on college-corporation co-operation.
