摘要 自上世纪末"组织支持感"概念提出以来,有关组织支持感的研究与应用日益引起人们的关注。从组织支持感产生的理论背景出发,简要介绍了国内外关于组织支持感的研究及其最新进展,包括组织支持感研究的理论基础、组织支持感的前因变量和结果变量以及对组织支持感的测量,指出了目前存在的问题以及对今后研究的展望。 Since the concept of 'Perceived Organizational Support (POS)' was raised in 1980s, more and more researchers have paid much attention to the study and practice of POS. Beginning with the theory background of POS, a brief review was made of the latest research on the POS, including the theoretical basis, the measure of POS and the antecedent and consequence variables in POS research. Moreover, it raises some important questions and leads to prospects for further study.
