摘要
通过对“迈向 ２１ 世纪的中国住宅”参赛方案的介绍。提出了一种跨世纪住宅的有效模式——异形框架结构可变体系，这种模式体现了“以人为本”的指导思想，运用这种结构体系的住宅体现了可持续发展的策略，具有多样性、适应性、可改造性等特点，创造了跨世纪的可持续发展的居住环境。
Through introducing the house scheme of 'Nineth Five-year period',the article discusses the flexibility house with the special-shaped R.C.solumns structure design. The house with this structure system embodies the sustainable development policy and has the characteristics of variety, adaptability, and alterability. It will be an effective mode of the striding century house.
