摘要
大中型泵站水泵吸水型式的合理选择和设计,直接涉及流道内水头损失的大小和流态的好坏,对水泵装置效率的影响起着非常重要的作用,同时也影响泵站的造价。本文结合对上海污水治理二期工程某泵站吸水型式选型进行的模型试验内容,对吸水管、肘形进水流道及钟形进水流道三种吸水型式进行一定的分析、比较,认为钟形进水流道是大中型立式泵站理想的吸水型式。
Choosing and designing the suction type for large or middle pumping stations is related to the head loss and flow condition in the pasage, and it plays very important role to pump efficiency and influences the cost of pumping station. Combined with the modeling test on choosing suction type for a pumping station of the second stage of Shanghai combined sewage project, the authors analyze and compare three kinds of suction types which are suction pipe, elbow type suction tube and bell type suction tube, and finally arrive at the conclusion that bell type suction tube is the best kind of suction tyle for large or middle vertical pumping station.
