摘要
By means of optical microscope,electron probe,scanning electron microscope,the chemical components of noble metal minerals such as platinum palladium in ore deposit were investigated .Types and compositions of main Pt Pd minerals were determined.The reasons that caused the error testing of electron probe were ascertained.
