摘要
Considered actual development in the field of ultramicron material and present situation of particle analysis technology, improvement of microscopy and laser particle analyzer in surveying ultramicron material was discussed.It was presented in this paper why microscopy,laser particle analyzer and microprobe analysis technology have a chance of development,and how to develop particle analysis technology.
