通过对我国土木施工合同示范文本和FIDIC合同条件的对比,指出各自的优缺点,重点阐述FIDIC合同条件对我国土木工程施工的借鉴作用。同时提出具体合同订立在遵守现行合同示范文本的基础上应强化之处。

The feature of 'National Contract Template for Works of Cicil Engineering Constrnction' and 'FIDIC Contract Condition' are noted after they are compared each other. It is emphasised that FIDIC contract condition can be referred in national civil construction. Meanwhile, some detail content in contracts based on current contract template have also been designated and given some reasonable suggestion.
