摘要
报道一种能随时解除在２５ ℃下保护６５ 小时至２０ 天、５ ℃冷藏０ 至６０ 天蚕卵的滞育性的方法．用此方法处理，蚕卵实用孵化率达到９０ ％ 以上．
A new method which can successfully break diapause of eggs of silkworm,Bomyx mori,chilled for 0 to 60 days at 5℃ following an incubation of 65hr.to 20 day at 25℃ was developed.A practical emergence ratio of above 90% could be achieved when gees were treated with this method.Essential of the method is the combination use of heat shock and hot hydrochloric acid treatment.
