食管癌组织中CD15抗原和组织蛋白酶D的表达及其意义

A study on the association of CD15 antigen expression with cathepsin D in esophageal carcinoma

目的;探讨CD15抗原和组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)在食管癌的表达意义及其相互关系。方法:应用微波-LSAB免疫组化法,探讨65例食管癌组织中CD15和Cath-D的表达阳性率及其相互关系。结果:食管癌CD15和Cath-D阳性率分别为58.5％(38/65)和64.6％(42/65)。CD15和Cath-D表达均与肿瘤分级、浸润、淋巴结转移和预后呈显著有关(P均<0.05)。CD15表达与Cath-D表达相关联。结论:食管癌CD15和Cath-D表达对判断其恶性程度、预测其侵袭转移趋势和预后及指导治疗有重要意义。

Objective:To study the association of CD15 antigen expression with cathepsin D (Cath-D) in esophageal carcinoma. Methods : Microwave-LSAB immunohistochemcal method was used to examine the expression of CD15 antigen and Cath-D in 65 specimens of esophageal carcinoma. Results;The positive rates of CD15 antigen and Cath-D were 58. 5% (38/65) and 64. 6%(42/65) respectively. A significant correlation existed between the expression of CD15 antigen or Cath-D and tumor grade infiltration or lymph nodes metastasis or prognosis (P<0. 05,respetively). There was a relationship between the expression of CD15 antigen and the expression of Cath-D. Conclusion :CD15 antigen and Cath-D expression are important to determine the degree of malignancy and prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
