It was found that microperoxidase-11 (MP-if) can undergo photoreduction at the bareroughened silver electrode. No photoreduction happens at the roughened silver electrodemodified with mercaptoundecanoic carboxylic acid/poly-lysine. The photoreduction mechanismis discussed.
