在矩阵代数里，矩阵的结构是人们较关心的一个课题，近年来时有论文［１，２］发表。本文研究了二阶Ｆｉｂｏｎａｃｉ矩阵的结构问题。需特别指出的是，该矩阵与人们熟悉的Ｆｉｂｏｎａｃｉ数列有着“血缘”关系。

In the field of matrix, the structure of matrix is asubject people show more concern for. We already have Paper Ⅰ and Paper Ⅱ issued in Recent years, in this article. We mainly atlk about the structure of and we especially point out that matrix is closely related to Fibonaci with which people are quite familiar.
