多项式除法的矩阵表示

对于两个多项式相除，目前只有竖式算法和综合除法。本文以矩阵为工具，通过引入三个定义、两个定理和两个推论，对两个多项式在整除和不能整除这两种情况下，给出了多项式除法的矩阵算法。这样多项式相除就增加了一种新的算法。
