摘要
本文分三个部分阐述了青春期经常参加体育锻炼对个人体质的强弱、体型健美、身体素质增强的重要性和可行性。重点阐述了青春期骨骼、关节、肌肉、循环、呼吸及中枢神经系统的生理解剖特点,并针对这些特点、选择适当的锻炼项目,以使身体素质得到均衡的锻炼和提高。
The importance and feasibility of physieal training during Puberty for improving the quality of human body are disscussed in this Paper. Physiologic features of bone,joint, muscle, circulation, brethand central nervous system in puberty are stressed. According to these features, suitable training caursees should be selected so that the quality of human body is developeel harmoniously.
