摘要
由于高铬铸造磨球生产成本高,熔铸工艺复杂,参数控制要求很严格,工艺出品率低等问题,使其进一步推广应用受到限制,本文拟采用复合变质的方法结合相应热处理,开发价廉、生产工艺简单的新钨渣合金系磨球,以满足矿山、冶金、建材、交通等部门的迫切需要.
The application of H - Cr casting grinding - ball has been limited in high production cost,sophisticated fusion casting procese. Using compouded madification method and heat- treatment, new tungsten slag - iron alloy grinding - ball has been developed. It can meet the needs of mine, metal -largy,construction materials and traffic.
