摘要
本文采用射线、超声波、磁粉、硬度及金相分析等手段,综合分析了20g中压气罐焊缝内裂纹的性质,结果表明,焊缝内裂纹是原始裂纹、未消除尽的残余裂纹在焊接热循环作用下长大及焊接热循环作用产生的液化裂纹并延伸到新焊缝中而形成的.
The article analyzed synthetically the character of inner weld crack on 20g middle pressure gas tank by radial ultrasonic magnetization powder. hardness and metallography method. The result is that inner weld crack comes from original crack, survivals crack which grow on weld heated circulation and liquefacient crack.
