摘要
本文对生产过程中液体流量质量控制的动态控制误差进行了分析,并设计了一种利用慢进值和提前量来减小误差的控制系统,实践证明,该系统对生产过程中的自动投料控制精确,对化工或医药企业中的精确配比投料有很强的实用性。
The dynamic error performence for liquid mass control sytem in production is studied in this paper. The author designed a control system with a slow down value and a beforhand value to reduce the error. The practice indicated that tile system can accurately control the input substance mass in production and have very good practicality for the accurate mix of substances in the chemical industry and medicine factories.
