多年的工作实践发现,“兴趣”是少儿乒乓球训练选材的重要内容之一。在训练中,对初学者应手法步法并重;要处理好快与慢、攻与守、轻与重和远与近等矛盾,注意合理击球动作的基本内核,不断提高训练质量。

According to the practice for many years, the writer has found that' interest' is one of important contents to selectjuvenile table tennis players, the coaches should pay attention to beginners' hand methods and step mthods in trainnig; thecoaches should also deal with the contradictions, such as reacting quickly or slowly, attacking of defending, hitting lightly orhaevily, and hitting near the table or far away. They should also pay attention to the basical core of rational hitting actions andcontinuously premate the training quality.
