摘要
通过中跑运动员供能系统分析,强调中跑速度训练应加强速度力量、绝对速度和速度耐力训练,并注意肌肉协调放松。
Through analysing the supplied energy system of middle distance runners, the author stresses that the middle dis-tance runners should strengthen the exercises, such as speed strength, absolute speed and speed endurance and they pay at-tention to the muscles coordinately relaxed.
