摘要
Multi- pass spray deposition shows apparent advantages in preparing large scale plates with rapid solidification. Shape model is promoted to obtain excellent shape. Three dimensional mathematical models considering motion of atomization cone and substrate, deposition distance and atomization parameters were used to predict deposited plate’s shape. The results can be used to optimize the process parameters.
