摘要 ObjectiFe This study observed the short- and long- term results of postoperative iung cancer treated with tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and recombined interleukin - 2. Metbods Fifty - seven patients with lung cancer were treated with radical resection, 19 cases received treatment of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and recombinant interleukin- 2 (TIL/rIL- 2) combined with chemotherapy after surgery (group A), while 38 cases recevied postoperative chemotherapy alone (groop B). Change of the peripheral blood T- lymphocyte subsets and long- term survival rates were observed. ResuIts The cell immunity was suppressed in all patisnts with an abnormal high percentage of CD8 and low percentage of CD4 before operation, all of the CD4/CD8 ratio became reversed, without recovery 2 weeks aler operation. The postoperative curative effect in group A was obviously better than group B, and with recovery of the T- lymphocyte subsets to normal. For group A, the 1,23-years survival rates were higher than those of group B, respectively. ConcIusion The results suggested that postoperative treatment with TIL/rIL- 2 would be an effective regimen to improve the immune function and prolong the long - term survival period for cases of lung cancer aler surgery.
