摘要 “中定”功夫是太极功夫的核心,是太极拳技的基础。在太极拳的走架中,每一个动作必须起于“中定”态,动作完成后又必须回复到“中定”态,构成下一动作起动的基础。手动、脚动、身动皆如此。无“定”不能动,“定”为动之母,动为“定”之用。只有这样才能走出传统的太极拳味,才能使走架服务于推手。在太极推手较技中,受力瞬间,受力者只有处于“中定”态才能侦察出对方的动向虚实,才能制人而不为人制。“中定”功夫要求在心理上心胸坦荡,一法不立。无动的意念,无不动的想法(动静两不执)。形体上要求婷婷玉立,顶劲虚灵,肌肉关节松开。体内气机和顺,周流全身。 “Zhongding” ( stand still posture) is the core and base of Taiji Boxing. Of the manners of the Taiji movement, every move must start from “Zhongding” and come back to it after the move is finished, which form the base of the next move. Without Ding(standing still) there would be no move.So “Ding” is the mother of move and used for move. Only in this way can one move in the typical traditional Taiji manner, and make his moving manner serve the purpose of pushing. In the pushing combat, at the moment of receiving a force, only when the receiver is in the standing still posture can he find out if the opponent's move is true or false, and defeat the opponent rather than be defeated. “Zhongding” requires one to be at ease both in body and mind. He must standtill and upright, relaxing his whole body, and breathing gently and naturally. [
