摘要
目的:为探讨女性不孕症病因,了解子宫内膜形态变化及功能紊乱之间关系.方法:取125例不孕症妇女子宫内膜经固定、包埋、切片、染色后光镜观察.结果:女性不孕症患者属分泌反应类101例(占80.8%),属增生性反应类24例(占19.2%),两类反应中宫内膜间质均有出血现象.结论:引起女性不孕症多数为分泌反应类,少数为增生反应类.
ve: To research for the etiology of female infertility and the relationship between endometrial morphologic changes and endometrial dysfunction. Method: Specimens of endometria from 125 infertile women were observed under optical microscope after fixing, embedding, sectioning and staining. Result: 101 cases (80.8 %) belonged to secretory reactionand 24 cases (19.2%) to proliferative reaction;bleeding could be found in endometrial mesen-ehyme in both reactions. Conclusion: In female infertility, secretory reactions are in the majority while prolifertive reactions are in the minority.
