温压粉末的制备及其温压行为 被引量:6

摘要 温压工艺是一项以较低的成本制造高性能的铁基P/M结构零件的新技术,在很大程度上,温压用粉末原料的制备和新型润滑剂的开发是该技术的核心,特别是开发出质优价廉的温压粉末有助于我国温压技术乃至粉末冶金技术的发展,利用从转炉烟尘中回收的铁粉为基础原料和设计出的一种新型聚合物润滑剂所制备的温压用粉末,当粉末和模具的加热温度分别为110,130℃时,在735 MPa进行压制可获得7.35 g/cm^3的压坯密度。 Preparation of powder mixture designed for warm compaction is known to be a key technical step to a great extent. Especially, the developed high-quality mixtures with low cost will be helpful to promoting the development of Chinese warm compaction technique and powder metallurgy industry. Iron powder recycled from rotary furnace soot and a new polymeric lubricant were utilized as law materials for fabricating partially-alloyed Fe-l. 5Ni-0.5Mo powder mixture designed for the warm compaction. Green density of compact reaches up to 7.35 g/cm^3 after pressing at 735 MPa as the heating temperatures of powder and die are 110 and 130℃ respectively.
