摘要
利用原位反应合成技术,以工业纯铝、氟钛酸钾和氟硼酸钾为原料制备了Al-Ti-B中问合金,结果表明,Al-Ti-B合金中AlB_2和Al_3Ti颗粒细小且弥散分布,对铝及铝合金具有显著的晶粒细化效果,并且能大幅度提高殂ZL201铸造铝合金的铸造性能和力学性能。
To prepare pure aluminium, K_2TiF_6 and KBF-4 as raw materials, we produced AI-Ti-B master alloy which contain a large number of dispersoids such as TiB_2 and Al_3Ti by using in-situ reaction synthetic technique. It demonstrates remarkable grain-refining effect on aluminium and aluminium alloys, and the mechanical properties of ZL201 casting alloy have improved greatly.
