摘要
提出供电行业企业文化建设进程论的概念，论述其定义、现实意义，并对建设进程各阶段的特点进行了初步的探讨与分析．同时，对当前供电行业企业文化建设提出了若干建议．
The theory of progressionism of corporate culture construction in powe supply enter-prises is put forward and itS definition cleariy exposed in this essay. Discussion and aualysisof characteristics of each stage in the entire course of the constmction are also conductal andvarious proposals on the corporate culture coustruction in present power supply enterprisesare offered in the essay.
