对上海外高桥发电厂运用人本管理理论在新厂新办法的实践进行了相应的总结，提炼了企业与员工共同发展的主题，提出了推广和完善的若干设想．

This paper summarizes the field work of Wai Gaoqiao power plant in the application of human -centered theory in the practice of 'new approaches for new plants', refining the theme of co-development of both enterprise and employees, and puts forward some original ideas in terms of the generaliration and perfection of the work.
