阐述了校风的内涵、实质及其作用，讨论了影响校风形成的若干因素、校风的主要内容和基本要求，提出了以党风促教风、教风促学风的校风建设的观点，并提出了目前进一步加强校风建设的对策思考．

The connotation.essence and function of school spirit are presental in this paper. Several factors which will influence the formation of school spirit are discussed as well as the main substances and basic requirements. The point or view, that in construction of school spirit, party fashion would promote tchching style and teaching style would promote studying style, is put forward. Four kinds of countermeasure thinking in construction of school spirit are also discussed.
