银杏叶愈伤组织增殖过程中生理生化特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文系统研究了银杏叶愈伤组织培养细胞的生长周期,并对培养过程中细胞内的可溶性蛋白的含量,过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的变化以及银杏总黄酮的含量进行了测定,以期为银杏细胞的大规模培养积累数据。 The growth cycle of cultured cells was about 27 days, and changed in the form of 'S' curve. From the beginning to the 3rd day of growth cycle .soluable protein content of cultured cells reduced and then began to increase gradually and reached a peak on the 21st day, after the 21st aday, it reduced slightly again. Peroxi-dase activity of cultured cells appeared two peaks on the 3th day and the 15th day during the proliferation pe-riod. Phenylalanine ammonialgase acivity of cultured cells got to two peaks on the 6th day and the 18th day. The cultured cells could produce flavonoid. and the content rose to the highest on the 18th day. which was 2. 78%. The flavonoid content in cultured cells in vitro. was lower than that of leaves.
