中西医结合治疗肾病综合征临床观察

Clinical Effects of a Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine on Nephrotic Syndrome

目的：观察和探索中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征的有效疗法。方法：给予口服雷公藤多甙片、潘生丁、福辛普利片，６周为一疗程，作血、尿多项指标测定。结果：治疗后尿蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白、β_２－ＭＧ以及血内皮素、白介素－８均不同程度回降。结论：中西医结合治疗肾病综合征有较好疗效。

Objective: To explore for an effective treatment of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine on primary nephrotic sgudrome. Methods: The patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were administered orally with a Combination of tripterygium wilfordii hook f, pensantin and benazepril for 6 weeks, and the patients' blood and urine was sampled for determination of multiple indexes. Results: After the treatment, the levels of protein, retinol binding protein and B2- microglobulin in urine, and that of endothelin and interleukin-8 in blood, were lowered back to different extents. Conclusion: It is with good clinical effect to treat nephrotic syndrome with a combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.
