福建西部方言的量词“茎”字

An etymological study of a classifier in western subdialects of Fujian dialect

本文就福建省西部许多方言点中修饰条状物的个体量词的词源考证，通过方言比较，从语义、语音两个角度进行充分的论证，把这个量词的本字考订为“茎”，从而否定了前人写为“行”的做法。

The paper makes an etymological study on an individual classifier prepositioning words ex-pressing bars or stripe found in many western subdialects of Fujian dialect by approaching the problemfrom semantic and phonetic angles, and concludes that the original form of the calssifier is 茎 (stem) in-stead of 行 (orw of line) acknowledged former researchers.
