计算机文－语转换处理中语音数据与读音规则的确定，以文字串记录语音串的特点为理论依据。本文结合计算机实现策略，探讨了从汉字文本中提取普通话语音信息的复杂性和一些主要的语言学问题。

Theoretically, phonetic data and phonologtical rules for use in text-to-speech conversion by computer are based on how character strings record speech strings. In combination with computer implementation strategy,this paper discusses the complexity and main linguistic issues encountered in the course of convening Chinese text intostandard Chinese speech.
