摘要
课程是一种文化,并且是不断变化之中的动态生成性文化。课程文化没有固定不变的、普适性的程式或方法。生成性课程文化是针对预设的课程文化及预设课程在当代所凸显出来的弊端而言的。不断发展变化就是要求动态生成,生成的新课程文化只有放到实践的大火炉里才能历炼出其优劣,才能取其精华、弃其糟粕,生成更新的课程文化。生成性课程文化建设过程要遵循利于发挥学生学习主动性和创造性的原则。弹性课程计划是生成性教学实现的前提,改革教学评价方式是生成性教学实现的保障,教师素质的提高是生成性教学实现的基础。
The curriculum is one culture which develops into dynamic and generative culture in its unceasing change. Curriculum culture is not fixed and invariable which has no universally appropriate formulas or methods. Generative course culture aims at the malpraetices manifesting themselves in preparatory course culture in the present age. Unceasing development calls for dynamical generating and the superiority and inferiority of the new generative course culture can only come into being when put into practice and its dregs can be abandoned, their essence be taken and new course culture be generated. The construction of generative course culture must follow the principles which help to bring into play students' creative ability and motives for study. An elastic curriculum plan is the prerequisite for the teaching of generative courses and the reform in the methods of teaching appraisal can ensure the implementing of generative teaching and improving teachers' quality is the foundation of carrying out generative teaching.
