摘要
本文对电气工程及自动化专业人才培养模式研究中的几个重要问题进行了初步探讨，希望能引起学校各级有关领导的重视。
This paper discusses some important equations in talent train model of electric engineering and automation speciality.We hope that leaders in our university pay great attention to it,and our teaching reform and teaching research deepen and develop.
