摘要
本文指出了我国高等院校在国家创新体系中的功能和地位以及在以知识经济占主导地位的二十一世纪的任务，提出了我国高等院校面临知识经济的挑战如何进行高等教育体制改革的几条建议。
This paper discusses the status and functions of colleges and universities in national innovation system and their main tasks in 21st century. Some reform opinions of higher education system which how to accept the challenges of knowledge-based economy have also been advanced.
