本文通过对职业道德问题的阐述·说明档案工作者必须具备高尚的职业道德，才能促进并推动档案事业的发展。
In this paper, through talking about the problem of profession morals of archivist. It is emphasized that the good profession morals of archivist would bring about a great advance in archives cause.
