近年来，建设系统接受继续教育人数出现总体滑坡现象。本文从继续教育的动因出发，对我国建设系统继续教育的现状及其原因进行探讨。

Recent years,people accepting the continue professional education have come down in the construction on the whole.So this article analysis the present situation and studies the cause of this reducing,then give some good suggestion to the way of fastering the steps of the continue professional education of the construcation system in our country.
