人才培养观念更新与城市规划教育改革

On the renew of the concept for talents cultivating and the reform of urban planning education

从世纪之交城市规划教育面临的发展形势出发，以城市规划学科发展特点对人才素质的基本要求为依据，在人才培养观念更新的基础上提出了城市规划教育应建立开放式教育与教学体系，突出强调全面素质教育和规划创新。

Starting from the development of urban planning education during the century transition,according to the basic requirements for the quality of talents which suit the development featurs of urban planning subject and based on the renew of the concept for talents education,this paper points out that an open education and tecahing system should be established for the urban planning education,especially for its undergraduate course.It stresses the consideration for the reform of all-round quality education,ability cultivating of innovation and practice of planning.
