摘要
磷渣超细粉的比表面积大于6000cm2/g,它和矿渣细粉一样都是玻璃态物质。通过对磷渣超细粉和矿渣细粉的比较研究发现,磷渣超细粉取代部分水泥后可以改善混凝土的流动性、强度和耐久性。按磷渣超细粉275kg/m3、普通硅酸盐水泥275kg/m3、水胶比0.26、超塑比剂9.7kg/m3配制的混凝土坍落度为240mm,28d抗压强度为101MPa,氯离子扩散系数较普通水泥混凝土降低1/3。
Ultrafine phosphorus slag(UFPS) with surface area greater than 6000cm2/g is a vitreous powder similar to granulated blastfurnace slag(GBFS)The comparative investigation of UFPS and GBFS in this paper showed that UFPS could improve the fluidity,strength and durability of concrete at partial replacement of cementWith 275kg/m3 compound UFPS,275kg/m3 Grade 525# ordinary Portland cement,026 waterbinder ratio,and 97kg/m3 superplasticizer,a concrete had been prepared with a slump of 240mm,28d compressive strength 101MPa,and diffusion coefficient of Cl about one third lower than that of the control Portland cement concrete
