摘要
在籼型群体渝85-1A-4/IR8的F3中发现光(温)敏雄性核不育新材料──CQPGMS,经连续定 向选择,选育出101S、7646S等新资源两用核不育系。101S与7646S相互杂交F表现全不育,两者具有相同的 育性基因;101S、7646S与培矮64S、9309S、安农S、新光S杂交,F1全部恢复可育,表明101S、7646S与它们具有 不同的育性基因;两者与籼型品种杂交、回交,在所有B1F1代群体中不育株与可育株均符合1:3的分离比,在 所有F2代群体中不育株与可育株均符合1:15的分离比,表明101S、7646S的育性受两对独立的隐性主效核基 因控制。
S and 7646S, derived from CQPGMS- a male sterile plant of F progeny of the cross Yu85- 1A- 4/IR8, are two newly developed indica PTGMS lines. In this experiment, PTGMS lines 101S、 7646S、 Annong S、 Pei'ai 64S、 9309S and Xinguang S were used to study their allelism. The fertility inheritance of 101S and 7646S was studied with F、F、BF populations. It was found that: ①the genes responsible for the fertility of 101S and 7646S, or Pei'ai 64S and 9309S were allelic, but those for 101S (or 7646S), Pei'ai 64S (or 9309S), Annong S and Xinguang S were non - allelic; ②the fertility of 101S and 7646S was controlled by two pairs of independent recessive nuclear major genes.
