摘要
对高油玉米与普通玉米籽粒发育过程中几种脂肪酸的动态变化规律进行了比较研究,结果表明,籽粒发育期间,高油一号的棕榈酸(Plalmitic acid)含量呈下降趋势,而普通玉米9292B 则有明显峰谷变化,9292B 的棕榈酸含量显著高于高油一号;油酸(Oleic acid)变化二者均呈上升趋势且含量差异不显著;亚油酸(Linoleic acid)的变化趋势均为发育初期下降,成熟期回升,高油一号的含量显著高于9292B;硬脂酸(Stearic acid)为少量脂肪酸,变化波动较大,二者均为上升趋势,9292B 的含量显著高于高油一号;棕榈油酸(Palmitoleic acid)的含量也较低,二者均为上升趋势。
The study shows that the accumulation kinetics of Plalmitic acid in High-oil corn and common corn 9292B are different,the content of Plalmitic acid in High-oil corn, which are obviously higher than that of 9292B,keep on decreasing while the 9292B have peaks and valleies.The content of Oleic acid keep on increasing in both High-oil corn and common corn and have no significant difference.The content of Linoleic acid decrease in the early phase of kernel development while increase in the final phase.The content of Linoleic acid of High-oil corn are significantly higher than that of 9292B.The content of Stearic acid and Palmitoleic acid keep on increasing in both High-oil corn and common corn during their kernel formation process.
