莠去津对水稻的药害及NA解毒技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文利用生测法测得土壤中莠去津对直播及移栽京稻19的药害极限浓度分别为0.06和0.08mg/Kg。土壤中莠去津含量低于此极限浓度时对水稻的生长有促进作用,高于此限值则抑制水稻生长。试验结果以鲜重计,经回归分析求得直播京稻19和移栽京稻19的 EC_(10)值分别为0.094mg/kg 和0.124mg/kg。NA 土壤处理浓度8mg/kg 以上及沾根处理0.01%~0.04g/株,能解除土壤中高达0.6mg/kg 莠去津对水稻的药害。而 NA 浸种处理 NA/种子重量百分比在0.05~0.50范围内无解毒效果。 The highest tolerance levels of rice to atrazine in test soil were determined using bioassay in laboratory.They were 0.06 mg/Kg(direct seeding rice Jing 19)and 0.08 mg/ kg(transplanting rice Jing 19).If the concentration of atrazine in the soil was less than the value,it can stimulate the growth of rice,but it would inhibit growth if the concentration was higher than this value.The EC_(10)of direct seeding and transplanting of rice(Jing 19) were measured by means of regression analysis,they were 0.094 mg/kg and 0.124 mg/ Kg respectively. NA has conspicuous detoxification when its concentration in soil was above 8 mg/kg in soil-treatment or between 0.01 and 0.04 g/per plant in root-dressing treatment.NA had no detoxification effect when it was used as seed-soaking.
