熟玉米淀粉的消化率及其对肉牛氮沉积和血糖浓度的影响 被引量:3

The Digestibility of Cooked Corn Starch and Its Effect on Nitrogen Retention and Blood Glucose in Beef Cattle

摘要 采用4×4拉丁方设计,4头杂交肉牛按1.2倍维持需要(1.2M)饲养水平供给羊草,在此基础上由真胃灌注的熟玉米淀粉以研究其对肉牛氮沉积的影响,结果如下:真胃灌注熟玉米淀粉量300,600,900g·d^(-1)与对照组(0g·d^(-1))相比,沉积氮(RN)均有极显著的提高(P<0.01),沉积氮/可消化氮(DN)亦有显著提高(P<0.05);真胃灌注熟玉米淀粉量300,600,和900g·d^(-1)时,瘤胃后段消化道的熟玉米淀粉的消化率分别为71.36%,80.27%和64.71%;真胃灌注熟玉米淀粉后,血糖浓度提高,血液胰岛素和尿素氮浓度下降。 The experiment detected the effect of varying levels cooked corn starch abomasum infusion on nitrogen retention and blood glucose.Four mature steers with permanent aboma- sum cannulas according to a 4×4 Latin square design were fed at 1.2 times of maintain re- quirement of diet of Chinese wildrye(Aneurolepidium Chinense)as the basic diet.The cooked corn starch levels of abomasum infusion were 0,300,600 and 900 g·d^(-1),respectively.The re- sults were showed,when the amount of cooked corn starch of abomasum infusion increassed RN(g·d^(-1))and RN/DN(%)risen(P<0.01 and P<0.05).The digestibility of cooked corn starch of post-ruminal were 71.36%,80.27%and 64.71%,When the amount of abomasum infusion were 300,600 and 900 g·d^(-1).When the amount of cooked corn starch of abomasum infusion risen,the concentration of glucose raised.
