抗球虫药联合应用的研究

Evaluation of Anticoccidials alone and in Combination against Eimeria tenella

近年来,球虫的抗药性巳成为一个非常严重的问题,越来越多的抗球虫药(包括聚醚类和化学类药物)已达不到早期的效果.本实验采用联合用药的方法来避免抗药性的产生,结果令人满意.一些单独使用效果很差的聚醚类药物和化学类药物,联合使用时可以获得很好的抗球虫效果.如马杜拉霉素和氯吡醇或尼卡巴嚎、球痢灵和洛克沙生合并使用,有非常好的预防效果。磺胺间甲氧嘧啶+DVD 合并使用有非常好的治疗效果.这说明联合用药是防止球虫抗药性产生的有效措施之一。

Drug resistance becomes severe problem on control of coccidiosis in recent years.More and more anticoccidilas,either ionophores or chemicals,reduced their efficacy in comparison with initial tests.Combining drugs were tested to avoid resistance in our lab- oratory,which indicated that the most of ionophorous drugs and some chemicals had poor results alone to E.tenella infecion,but it appeared excellent results when above drugs were combined together.Maduramicin with clopidol or nioarbazin,as well as zoalene with roxar- sone,were very good composition for preventing coccidial infection,and sulfamonothoxine (SMM)plus diaveridine(DVD)is also good combination for the treatment of E.tenella in battery test to compare with other drugs,which indicate that combination is one of mea- sures to prevent drug resistance for coccidiosis.
