大豆疫病种子带菌和传病研究

Seed-borne and Seed-transmission of Soybean Phytophthora Root Rot

本文对大豆疫病种子带菌和种子传病研究作了详细报道。结果表明,从大豆疫病的感病植株可以获得病荚和带菌种子,种子带菌具有传病作用。文中还描述了种子带菌规律和病菌在种子里的存在部位及菌体形态。提出了适合植物检疫的种子检验鉴定技术。

Soybean Phytophthora root rot caused by Phytophthora sojae Kaufmann Gerdemann is a typical fungal disease transmitted by soil.It was not clear in the world whether it could be transmitted by soybean seeds and there was no report of seed test for this disease.Seed-borne and its regularity,seed transmission,the form and the location of the pathogen within the seeds and the technique of seed test used for plant quarantine were described in detail in this paper.Laboratory experiment showed that the plants infected by Phytophthora sojae could produce the infected seeds.It was also demonstrated that soy- bean Phytophthora root rot could be transmitted by infected seeds.
