摘要
首次利用混合纤维素膜作固相材料,以梨火疫病菌及其抗血清为模式系统,建立了膜上免疫分离法(Immuno-Isolation on Membranes,IIM),成功地对梨火疫病菌进行了分离与检测,灵敏度与常规免疫分离法相近,达5×10~1cfu/mL,具有操作方便,成本低,灵敏度和准确性高的优点。利用该方法从人工接种X.o.pv.oryzae 和 pv.oryzicola 的稻种和自然病叶中分离到相应的病原菌,在种传细菌检测中有广阔的应用前景。
By use of mixed cellulose membranes as solid phase,Erwinia amylovora and it's antiserum as the model system,the method of immuno-isolation on membrane(ⅡM)was established and E.amylovora was isolated and detected successfully.The sensitivity of this method is 5×10~1 cfu/mL.It is easy to operate,low costing,high sensitive and accurate. X.o.pv.oryzae and pv.oryzicola from artificial inoculated rice seed and nature infected leaves were detected successfully.It has the wide prospects in detection of seed-borne bac- teria.
