摘要
随着电力工业的发展和用户对供电质量要求的提高,供电可靠性已成为日益关注的问题,在规划、设计、调度、运行各个环节全面引入可量化的可靠性评价指标已成为必然发展趋势。文章首次建立了大型电力系统可靠性评价指标体系,从静态和动态的角度对电力系统的性能进行了可量化的分析评价。文中给出了系统、负荷点和元件三个层次的可靠性指标定义,可供有关部门参考。
With the development of electric industry and the demand for increasing quality of power supply, the reliability of power supply has gained more and more attention. It becomes an inevitable developmental trend to fully introduce measurable reliability assessment indices in planning, design, scheduling and operation. This paper constructs reliability assessment index system of power system for the first time. It gives measurable analysis and assessment to the performance of power system from static and dynamic sides. It also gives the reliability and its definition of three levels:system,load point and component,which can be referred by relative departments.
