长江中下游地区住宅平屋顶与建筑节能

FLAT ROOF AND ENERGY SAVING OF RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE IN MIDDLE AND LOWER DISTRICTS OF YANGTSE RIVER

文章通过对当代建筑能源消费情况分析,针对住宅建筑能源浪费严重的现象,结合我国长江中下游地区气候特征,阐述住宅建筑节能的形势和意义,并重点论述住宅平屋顶与建筑节能的关系及住宅平屋顶的构造设计对室内热舒适环境的影响。

By analyzing the energy consuming of current architecture and the climate characteristic in middle and lower districts of Yangtse River,the situation and importance of the energy saving of architecture is discussed in this paper. Especially the paper elucidates the relationship between the flat roof and the energy saving of architecture as well as the influence of construction design of the flat roof on the hot comfortable inside environment.
