摘要
狭缝刀片是光谱仪器中的重要零件,精度要求高,制造难度大。文章介绍了狭缝刀片的制造工艺,狭缝的检验方法和误差分析。该制造工艺解决了狭缝刀片质量长期以来较难达到设计要求的问题,在生产实践中产生了很好的效果。
The narrow crack blade,one important part of spectrum instruments,is difficult to manufacture for its high precision. In this paper,the manufacture technology of narrow crack blade, the method of crack checking and the error analysis are introduced.The techonology has solved the long existing problem that the quality could not meet the requirements of design and has resulted in very good effects in practical production.
