摘要
以自行改造的普通CNC车床为例,分析了系统的结构、功能与编程特点,并着重介绍基于8031单片机的几个接口扩展电路的设计,尤其是多单片机应用系统中的资源共享接口电路的设计及通讯规则,用以解决实际系统中主从CPU间大量实时插补数据及程序段等信息的交换。
By taking CNC lathe system for example, this paper analyses the structure, function and characteristics of this system. Emphasis is put on the design of expanding interface circuits which are based on single slice computer 8031,specially the interface design and communication rule of common resources for multi-CPU system,so that the exchange of large interpolation data and programs between master-slave CPU in practical system can be solved.
