摘要
本文提出了局部公平性和局部公平网的概念及其与其它公平网的关系，给出了局部公平网的判断条件．
The concepts of local fairness and local fair nets are presented with their relations toother fair nets. A condition for deciding whether a Petri net is a local-fair net is put forward.
